What can I expect from the MoonRise experience?

Embark on an enchanting journey into the world of moon goddesses brought to life through mesmerizing nouveau circus-based acts and immersive, multi-sensory installations in Paradise Club. Prepare to be captivated by breathtaking performances from the creative vision of renowned artist Lara Jacobs Rigolo, paying homage to the 13 ancient moon goddesses, blending bespoke acts of visual poetry, sultry vocals, dance, aerial artistry, and acrobatics.

The complete experience includes an exclusive multi-course dinner-show menu curated by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser and his culinary team at The Times Square EDITION, complemented by artfully crafted cocktails inspired by the essence of each moon.

What are the available hours?

Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00pm from November 3rd. Thanksgiving is closed.

How long does the experience last?

Including dinner, the experience lasts around 3 hours.

Is it COVID secure and safe? / Do I need to wear a mask?

Paradise Club & MoonRise will be adhering to NYC current regulations regarding COVID mask-wearing.

Is there air conditioning?

The experience will have air conditioning.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes we are! There is an elevator right near our bar. Click 'B' to get downstairs into the exhibition.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There is a pre-fix menu for “food ticket purchase” – Vegetarian & Vegan options are available on request. Please notify us ahead of time. Full cash bar with craft cocktails & staples. There will be a non-alcoholic version of our cocktails available for you upon request.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Photos and videos are permitted, however, flash photography is prohibited.

Do you accept cash?

We accept all major credit cards such as Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Unfortunately not. You are encouraged to purchase tickets online ahead of time

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App and website
On the Fever website.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever Customer service (contact us) indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I already have an experience booked. How can I add additional tickets?

If you have a table of 5 guests and wish to upgrade to 7 guests you will need to purchase additional tickets to accommodate your party.

My party booked multiple tables. Can we ask to be seated together?

If you have a party of 15 or more and would like to be seated as a group, we kindly request that you consider making a reservation for a large group booking. Please note that this option has an additional cost, but it guarantees you a dedicated space where you can enjoy your time together. Individual tables will be assigned based on the layout of our venue

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is advised to show up 15-30 minutes prior to your session's start time.

What happens if I arrive late?

MoonRise Show starts at 8.15pm and we will try to accommodate late arrivals until 8.30pm. Beyond that late arrival admittance is at door’s discretion and not guaranteed. Late arrivals holding food tickets forfeit their access to food

Can I bring animals?

Service animals are welcome, but please be aware that the event takes place in a crowded environment with theatrical lighting.

Is there an age requirement?

This exhibition is only for 21+ with valid ID.

Is there parking available?

No, there is parking & parking garages in nearby areas
